Outside of work…

Barrie enjoys watching football and is a season ticket holder at Bolton Wanderers FC, walking, visiting National Trust properties, Gardening (he is a member of the Royal Horticultural Society) and spending time with his family.

Barrie is married to Janet and has two grown up children and two granddaughters.

When asked about his favourite food, Barrie said he loves a good old-fashioned bangers and mash!
