Outside of work…

Walter enjoys swimming when possible – though most of his spare time is taken up coaching swimming and helping to judge at galas.

His family lore – ‘if you want the bl**dy dog get the dog’ – I am now devoted to our 12 year old lurcher and can regularly been seen walking Teddy at 5.30am in the morning.

Walter has two gorgeous children who are remarkably well balanced.
He is a firm believer in home cooking and enjoys curries but not fussy and will eat anything (his wife would say too quickly which is probably true!)
