Dan is married to Rachel, who is a nurse, and is a proud father to two daughters, Annabelle and Alice. Family life is at the centre of everything he does, and much of his time outside work is dedicated to supporting their pursuits and passions.

Annabelle is a keen ballet dancer and a member of a youth theatre, while Alice is an accomplished goalkeeper, currently part of Manchester United’s Emerging Talent Centre. Evenings and weekends are busy often spent playing taxi, but Dan firmly believes in working hard while making time for the things that bring happiness.

When he’s not on the sidelines or behind the wheel, Dan enjoys reading, listening to music and cooking for his family. A lifelong music fan, he still loves putting vinyl on at home, and when it comes to food, his favourite cuisine is Indian, best enjoyed with a nice bottle of red.
