Ian enjoys spending time being active in the great outdoors. If not road or trail running, then you’ll find him walking or cycling. Even when home he is a keen gardener.
He has a passion for leading a healthy lifestyle and has taken the time to develop his passion for food into a nutritional plan to compliment his outdoor pursuits and regular gym visits.
He says his boyhood hobby which he’s never grown out of, is a love of sports and supercars. Who can blame him?!
As a devoted family man, Ian enjoys holidays with the family and having memorable ‘experiences’ with them.
